If you having trouble to fall as sleep, here are some tips that will help you to get better sleep.
1 - Set regular sleep time.
Try to set regular time for your sleep. Going to bed and waking up at the same time every day helps to program your brain and your whole body to get used to a routine.
8 to 9 hours hours is great sleeping averages.
2 - Relaxing before bed.
There so many ways you can relax, find some examples below:
-Relaxation exercises. Ex: Yoga
-Writing a"to do list" for the next day.
-Warm bath prior to bed.
-Relaxation musics, hypnotic music, podcast, etc...
-Read a book.
-Avoid electronic devices.
3 - Sleep-friendly bedroom.
Keep the least amount of electronic devices around your bed, and make sure, lightening and noise are reduced.
Set the temperature between 18 C and 24 Celsius.
