How long is the training sessions?

The training session will be based and elaborated according to every client's need. Overall, as an average it will be between 45 to 60 minutes training session.

How much do you charge?

The charge usually is establish after a verbal and physical consultation. A proposal plan is presented with a projection of your training program and pricing structure.

 

Once the proposal is presented the client can take a decision whether he/she would like to accept it. 

Where do the sessions take place?

As a mobile and independent Personal Trainer I am able to accommodate your most convenient request.

 

My main training studios are located in Notting Hill/Holland Park and Kensington/Olympia. In addition, home visit are can still be possible.

Do you work with clients with injuries?

Yes, I can train clients with injury. The physiotherapist treatment can never be replaced or neglected. My duty is to carry on post-treatment training towards enhanced performance and revise physiotherapist treatment which can be embedded in client's training plan for faster recovery.
